Urban Photography- Ankara

In the city, we prefer places where people and cars are crowded instead of empty and dark passages. Because we do not want to see the things we have escaped in the city and want them to be lost in the crowd. That’s what a common feeling in the city to capture. In fact, in the city everyone is individual and alone in crowd at the same time, cities include many things that we fear. Therefore, we are trying to escape from our fear in the city’s crowds and complexities. We are hiding from our fears in the complexities of the city. In Kızılay, every day there is a flow of people. Every inhabitant of Ankara found in this flow. Every day we are seeing a lot of people, maybe we have the same routine. But we do not have any relation or connection. We have a common feeling loneliness in the crowd. In time, everything in the city becomes ordinary in the crowd, even people. The result of my analyses, I try to capture crowds in the city with our fears and being ordinary things in the city.
